Coaching is about helping an individual or a group harness what they already know to achieve greatness.
I offer 1-to-1 agility coaching sessions with leaders and team members to help them get where they need to go.
I work with teams directly to help them self organise to success. This involves a mix of observation, asking naive questions, and bringing different system-coaching techniques. I focus on building a brilliant team who doesn’t need me, finding their own answers and discovering their own way.
Nobody is born knowing how to lead and participate in an agile team. It is something we learn, and can be taught.
I use inclusive, collaborative and playful methods to make learning an act of discovery and growth.
My training includes – but is not limited to – concepts in agility for all levels of experience; facilitation skills; coaching skills and techniques; scrum; kanban; giving feedback with impact
A group of people trying to do their best thinking faces many barriers. As a facilitator I help any group of any size make the most of their time together.
I draw on a wide toolbox of techniques from many years of facilitating for teams across the design, discovery, and delivery phases of their lifecycles.
A nine month coaching engagement with leading UK Healthtech startup DrDoctor, training 5 new engineering managers in the basics of agility to become agile leaders. They loved it.

Half day away day workshop for a French global pharmaceutical team. We covered the basics of complexity and how agility helps teams respond to their environment. It was in a chateaux.
